Shipping Info

Shipping & Delivery

Photography Art Store uses UPS for all shipments to provide you with the best service.  All artwork is printed on demand and orders are usually shipped within 5 days of us receiving your order.  Shipping charges will be calculated when you place your order.  For orders outside of North America please contact us at Cyustomer Service and we will arrange the most cost-efficient shipping for you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation from us.  We will include the tracking number so that you may track your order.  For any shipping related questions you can email us here.   All items are shipped from Canada & all prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.  For orders placed outside Canada, please allow for longer delivery times as well as the possibility of added customs fees & other taxes as required by law.


Returns & Replacements

Photography Art Store is committed to providing all of our customers with quality products and 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please email Customer Service immediately.  You may return items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.  Items that are returned more than 14 days after being received will not be accepted.  Shipping charges can not be refunded.


Damaged Orders

All of our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit, however, occasionally bad stuff happens. If you receive a damaged print, please email Customer Service immediatey.  If the edition is not sold out we will gladly issue you another print.  Unfortunately, if the edition is sold out we are unable to print another.  In this case we will gladly issue you another print of your choice or upon our receipt of the damaged item we will issue you a full refund.
