FAQ

How we Print

All orders are printed on demand.  Your fine art, limited edition photograph will be printed immediately after we receive your order.  Orders are usually shipped within 5 days of receiving them.  The type of process used to produce each image is selected by the artist & will either be a c-print (chromogenic) on Fuji crystal semi-matte paper or a giclee print on cotton photo rag paper using archival quality inks.  Test prints are produced and approved by the artist before the final prints are made.

What is the Quality, Size & Resolution of Your Art Photographs?

All of the images which you see on www.photographyartstore.com are representational images of the actual product scaled to fit on the web page.  The images have been reduced in quality when viewing them online.  The resolution & quality of the actual art photograph you receive is extremely high.  All are printed on high quality archival paper using archival techniques.

Size information shown on our website is for the size of paper containing the images, not the image itself.  We do not alter the aspect ratio, nor crop or resize the artist's originals.  All prints have a minimum border of .5 inch to allow for framing.

We make every effort to represent each art photograph true to colour, however, we can't guarantee that the colour accuracy shown on your computer monitor will properly match the colour of the print, as each computer monitor is calibrated differently.

What is a Limited Edition?

All the artwork you see on Photography Art Store are sold as fine art, limited editions.  This means that after an edition sells out, no more fine art prints will be produced of that particular image.
